From philosophy to practice: adapting kaizen tools for digital transformation tasks in the high-tech aircraft industry

Abstract: Exploring the institutional and organizational barriers to implementing a culture of continuous improvement (kaizen) in the aviation industry, this article focuses on practical mechanisms to overcome the identified contradictions in the context of digitalization and the development of a model for adapting kaizen tools that will integrate the principles of lean manufacturing into strictly regulated airline processes using modern digital technologies. The research is based on the analysis of the practices of the world’s leading and Russian aerospace companies in creating virtual «sandboxes» based on digital twins, implementing collaborative platforms to collect «improvements» and reviewing KPI systems. The practical significance lies in the suggestion of the industry-proven steps to transform quality management systems from a control tool into a development tool, which ensures synergy between the requirements of «zero defect» and the flexibility of continuous improvement.

Problematic issues of procurement within the framework of Federal law no. 275-FZ dated December 29, 2012

Abstract: This article discusses the specifics of logistics for enterprises in the rocket and space industry that fulfill a state defense order, whose main task is to manufacture products within the time limits set by the customer. The relevance of the research is due to the specifics of the rocket and space industry, in which there are practically no serial products, and the range of inventory items used reaches 25,000 items of materials and more than 12,000 items of components, the availability of which in warehouses determines the timeliness of the manufacture of products.
The article reflects the key supply problems: long delivery times for basic materials (aluminum, titanium, rolled products, cable products, etc.), the inability to form stocks for the annual program, as well as difficulties in reallocating resources from one contract to another. Contradictions are revealed between the current legislation, namely the requirements of the Federal Law no. 275-FZ “On the State Defense Order”, and procurement practices including the redistribution of resources between customers.

Abstract: This article examines the key challenges and structural problems facing the scientific and technological development of Russian industry amid the transition to the sixth technological paradigm and the effects of international sanctions. It examines human resources capabilities and investment incentives for expanding the research potential of domestic industry. It notes that, despite some breakthrough achievements in the high-tech segment of industry, the gap between fundamental science and the commercialization of its results, weak cooperation between large businesses and small innovative enterprises, and a growing shortage of qualified personnel remain systemic barriers. Measures are suggested to stimulate research and development activities toward creating a holistic ecosystem linking science, education, and industry.

Forecasting and management of charging station loads for electric vehicles using artificial intelligence

Abstract: The article is devoted to forecasting and managing the load on electric vehicle charging stations in the city of Tashkent using artificial intelligence technologies. The relevance of the research is determined by the rapid growth in the number of electric vehicles and the need to create an effective system for forecasting and managing charging infrastructure in order to ensure uninterrupted and balanced load distribution, as well as to improve the quality of user services.
The study provides a comprehensive assessment of the current business processes of Tok Bor LLC related to monitoring and managing the number and workload of charging stations, including intelligent analysis of the functioning of the entire charging network. Using econometric methods and machine learning algorithms, a model was developed to forecast peak demand periods for charging services and, consequently, peak loads on the network, thereby increasing the efficiency of charging capacity utilization.
An integration approach was implemented in the study, combining the capabilities of geographic information systems, cloud technologies, big data analytics, and intelligent user recommendations. A target business architecture and information solution have been suggested, including a charging station management system, a mobile application for electric vehicle owners, as well as forecasting, monitoring, and management tools for operators.
The results of the model testing demonstrated high forecasting accuracy and showed the potential to reduce the load on individual stations by up to 20%, which will make it possible to plan maintenance more effectively, reduce energy consumption costs, and improve user satisfaction.
The development of an intelligent system for analyzing and forecasting the demand for charging station capacity represents an important step toward the digital transformation of urban infrastructure and the promotion of environmentally friendly transport.

Abstract: The article examines how digital transformation of manufacturing in the mechanical engineering sector reshapes the balance of competitive forces. It discusses the substance of digitalization, the impact of the level of digital development and maturity, as well as the role of key innovative methods in changing production performance indicators. Particular attention is paid to organizational barriers that cause digital solutions to lose effectiveness and to the conditions under which this can be avoided. Using examples from domestic enterprises, the article shows that sustainable impact is achieved not so much by deploying standalone systems as by integrating them, improving data quality, and ensuring coordinated production management.

Abstract: This article presents a sociological analysis of the audience participating in the All-Russian Educational Campaign «All-Russian Economic Dictation – 2025». In the introductory section, the author substantiates the importance of improving public economic literacy. The audience distribution is analyzed in detail across a number of sociological criteria, namely: the gender, the age, the education level, the field of activity, and the attitude toward economics. The data obtained for each criterion are compared with the corresponding results obtained following the 2024 Economic Dictation

Implementation of the Russian Federation’s technological policy as a special mechanism for ensuring national economic security

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of the relationship between the implementation of state technology policy and ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation in the context of modern geopolitical transformations. The relevance of achieving national technological sovereignty as a key element of the strategy for countering external technological and economic threats is substantiated. The author offers a definition for a concept of national technological sovereignty, she considers conceptual approaches to defining technology policy, and analyzes its instrumental multidimensionality. A conceptual diagram of the elements of a comprehensive mechanism for ensuring national economic security through the implementation of the technology policy of the Russian Federation is suggested. Author pays attention to the indicative approach to ensuring economic security, the use of which allows for systematic monitoring of critical parameters of technological development.
