Specifics of crisis management in conditions of macroeconomic instability: a synergetic approach

Abstract: In the context of permanent macroeconomic turbulence, characterized by nonlinearity and unpredictability of exogenous shocks, traditional crisis management paradigms demonstrate their systemic failure. The article is devoted to the development of a new conceptual model based on the principles of organizational resilience and proactive adaptation. It is proven that in modern conditions crisis management is being transformed from a discrete set of activities initiated post factum into a continuous process of strategic positioning aimed at the proactive formation of “buffer” competencies and institutions. The study highlights the author’s hybrid methodology integrating quantitative monitoring of early warning indicators with qualitative analysis of the institutional environment.

Abstract: In the context of the crisis situation in many countries in the financial and economic sphere, the issue of the proper allocation of funds in the activities of any enterprise is more acute than ever. In order for the company to competently manage financial assets, the top management of the organization must be guided by financial management, which coordinates the cash flows and savings of the company. The presence of financial management in the mechanical engineering industry plays an essential role in the functioning of every company associated with this industrial area, including the activities of the Vladimir Electric Motor Plant. Based on the financial management indicators, we can talk about the expediency of using the company’s funds. The purpose of this work is to identify the financial performance indicators of the VEMZ plant and to determine the rationality of the organization’s existence and the role of financial management in the company’s activities. The relevance of the topic of this paper is explained by the fact that financial management is of key importance in the development of any enterprise, and the way in which the company’s activities are carried out, the movement of its cash flows plays a leading role in its profitability and attractiveness.

Assessment of economic security factors for airline enterprises

Abstract: In the article, author made the analysis of existing methods for monitoring of the financial condition of an enterprise and received the indicators of the efficiency of an enterprise in the “Production” phase. She created the operational estimate for the production potential and its components, and completed the evaluation of the effectiveness using the existing stocks of assets and financial flows according to the turnover balance register. Financial indicators were grouped depending on their connection with the phase “Production”. Author showed a method to evaluate the effectiveness of apportionment and to apply the assets of productive capacities for an enterprise.

Abstract: The article presents the results of a comprehensive study of the problems of implementing adaptive approaches to project and program management in high-tech industries in Russia. The work is relevant due to the growing need to increase the flexibility and efficiency of management in conditions of high uncertainty typical for high-tech industries. The aim of the research is to develop a comprehensive model for assessing and increasing the maturity of adaptive management taking into account industry specifics and regulatory constraints. The scientific novelty lies in the systematization of the stages of implementation of adaptive practices, the development of an original system of dynamic indicators (KPIs) adapted to Russian conditions, as well as in the identification and quantification of latent dependencies between organizational and cultural barriers and the effectiveness of implementation. The researchers used methods of comparative analysis, expert assessments, statistical processing of industry reports for 2022-2024, and modelling of the organizational processes. The results revealed a significant gap between Russian enterprises in key indicators of adaptability (time-to-market, cost of changes, customer satisfaction) and their foreign counterparts, primarily due to organizational, cultural, and regulatory barriers. Based on the analysis, promising areas of development are suggested including the development of hybrid models, the creation of flexible public procurement mechanisms and the implementation of systematic training programs.

Development of a controlling system for enterprise security management

Abstract: The article discusses the problem of ensuring the economic security of industrial enterprises in an unstable external and internal environment. The evolution of the concept of “economic security” is investigated, and modern approaches to ensuring it at the micro level are analyzed. The purpose of the study is to develop a controlling technology aimed at quantifying the level of an enterprise protection against destabilizing factors. A multi-stage technology is suggested, which includes identifying of threats, selecting of indicators, determining of their target, threshold, and current values, and then calculating of an integral security criterion. The research methodology is based on methods of system analysis, expert assessments, and mathematical modeling. The main result is a formalized procedure for assessing the le-vel of threats and risks, which allows for the timely development of preventive measures. The practical significance of this work lies in providing tools for improving the sustainability and economic efficiency of industrial enterprises.

Innovative development in the engineering industry

Abstract: The article discusses the importance of innovative development for the engineering industry in Russia, which plays a system-forming role in the country’s economy. The key problems hindering the growth of the industry are analyzed including technological backwardness, personnel shortages, and financial and managerial constraints. Against the backdrop of a negative trend of slowing down the growth of the production index, promising areas of technological modernization are highlighted, such as digitalization, additive technologies, robotization, and the use of new materials. Special attention is paid to organizational models, sources of financing, and government support measures necessary for the successful implementation of innovative strategies. In conclusion, strategic priorities for enterprises are formulated to strengthen the technological sovereignty and global competitiveness of domestic mechanical engineering.

Improving the efficiency of pricing business processes for industrial enterprise products using artificial intelligence

Abstract: To enhance the efficiency of pricing business processes carried out by the marketing departments of industrial enterprises, an intelligent information solution based on the big data technologies and artificial intelligence is suggested. The design and implementation of such an intelligent dynamic pricing information system under conditions of strict sanctions, parallel imports, and import substitution enable industrial enterprises to automate marketing and sales business processes with the involvement of marketers and business analysts, and, in certain cases, fully automatically without their direct participation. The suggested information system supports the analysis of market conditions, development trends, and competitors’ prices for comparable products, thereby allowing enterprises to adjust selling prices in accordance with time-varying demand.
The research methodology includes an analysis of the current pricing model (AS IS) applied to the pro-ducts of an industrial enterprise, identification of deficiencies in existing business processes, and, in line with the customer’s business requirements, the development of a target pricing model (TO BE). The target model is based on collecting and processing of the data about customers, partners, sales, and prices, as well as on constructing of the predictive models for reengineering and automation of the pricing business processes and the overall business strategy using the machine learning techniques. Regression algorithms, gradient boosting methods, and time series analysis are employed as key tools for the automation of pricing business processes.
The architecture of the target integrated information system for industrial enterprise management, incorporating an embedded pricing subsystem, ensures seamless integration with the company’s IT infrastructure and unified data repository, including the automated transmission of pricing data via APIs. The implementation of the suggested information system is expected to reduce labor costs associated with price monitoring, analysis, and setting, to improve demand forecasting accuracy, and to increase business revenue and profitability.

Abstract: In today’s environment, digital transformation of the industrial sector is a strategic priority for the Russian Federation, driven by the need to achieve technological sovereignty and enhance the competitiveness of the national economy. Mechanical engineering as a sector that ensures the growth of the country’s industrial potential is an integral part of digital transformation. The state actively encourages the implementation of digital solutions through national projects and industry programs; however, there remains an acute shortage of systematized, empirically based assessments of the real economic returns from such investments. It is particularly important to understand which technologies, in which subsectors, and under what conditions generate measurable economic value. The aim of this study is to assess the economic efficiency of implementing digital technologies at mechanical engineering enterprises in the Russian Federation for the period 2020–2024 based on the systematization and synthesis of scientific approaches, the content of methodological regulations, analytical reports, and open-source statistical data.
